The Studio
The Paris School of Dancing was founded in 1947 by principle Thelma Paris aged just 14!
During that time she has trained more than 110 dance teachers and over 200 pupils that have made careers in TV, movies and stage, including the world famous Bluebell girls in Reno and Las Vegas and many West End shows.
Now a retired examiner, She herself has trained examiners in RAD ballet.
The School prides itself on developing deportment, confidence, co ordination, discipline and excellence and offers affordable access to structured and internationally recognised dance training.
Pupils as young as 3 years old, including those with special needs, are catered for, and in a warm and friendly atmosphere with kind and patient teachers, can develop social skills and go on to take all their exams, following the IDTA syllabus.

Our Teachers
All of our teachers are professional dancers who have a passion for dance, and for teaching others to dance. In addition to being highly accomplished in their fields, they are also energetic, positive and caring people.
Huw
FIDTA., LNATD., RAD
Huw has been dancing at this School since the age of 5.
A specialist in ballet and historical dance for both stage and screen. A published author, Huw also teaches at Several London Drama Schools, notably, the Education Department at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre
Gigi
AIDTA
Gigi is a professional singer and dancer, published songwriter and recording artist who has performed worldwide. An accomplished choreographer, Gigi has been
dancing since she was 4 and teaching since she was 17 in all disciplines. Gigi is currently the acting Principal
Nicky
AIDTA
Nicky is another success story from the school having started here at the age of 4. Having obtained her teaching qualifications, it was natural that Nicky should return in her new role. Her empathy and patience with the children has made Nicky a major part of the fabric of this school. Loved by all.
